Todos sabem que a vida é definida pelas oportunidades ... mesmo aquelas que nos passam ao lado!

Hoje tive a oportunidade de alhear-me da realidade por breves momentos. Olhei pela janela, vi o sol e tive vontade de ... "bazar". Desatei a acelerar tudo o que tinha para fazer e optei por trocar o almoço por uma corridinha ao ar livre.
As mais recentes corridas (higiénicas da mente) foram realizadas no ginásio, em cima de rolos rastejantes e como tal não estava preparado com equipamento adequado para o ar livre.

“Less is more, já dizia o poeta.” De certeza que o poeta não se estava a referir à utilização de bermudas e t-shirt numa corridinha de 8 quilómetros ao ar livre e com algum “briol-de-enrijecer-os-ossos” à mistura.
